Murder Suspect Accidentally B*Tt-Dials 911 While Discussing Plan

Getting away with murder can be pretty difficult, but one thing’s for sure, your chances of avoiding jail time diminish exponentially when you call the police and tell them of your evil plan. Florida resident Scott Simon learned this first-hand when he accidentally b*tt-dialed 9-1-1 as he was discussing his plans to follow a man home and kill him.

The 24-year old is now being charged with first-degree murder for the death of 33 year-old Nicholas Walker, who was found shot and killed on I-59. While Simon can be heard on the tape discussing his plans to kill Walker, investigators believe he wasn’t necessarily the man who pulled the trigger. Police are now searching for two suspected accomplices.

Investigators believe the murder plot was sparked from an argument the men had at a local Waffle House. In the words of Rodney King, can’t we all just get along?
